Maintenance Book is a system to monitor and track the preventive maintenance and repairs of your equipment and vehicles.
It is available here
Summary:
Maintenance Book is a customizable web application that gives fleet and equipment managers a comprehensive and
economical way to record and retrieve service and maintenance information. It was
created to provide businesses and agencies of all types and sizes an efficient
way to keep their valuable inventory in peak condition, and, as applicable, to realize
a higher resale value when those capital items are retired.
Maintenance Book's key functions involve:
- Creating vehicle/equipment profiles
- Recording repair and service information
- Indicators for when a service is next due for a piece of equipment
- Generating detailed reports
Pricing:
Pricing of Maintenance Book is very reasonable and is based on the number of vehicles or pieces of equipment being tracked.
There are no setup or cancellation charges.
After your free trial month, you will be billed at the end of each subsequent monthly billing period based on the number of active equipment profiles you have in the system. The pricing structure is a series of tiered levels, so the more equipment profiles you setup, the cheaper the per-unit cost will be. Currently, an organization with 72 equipment profiles can expect to be billed $100 per month.
Security:
Users of Maintenance Book can be assured that access to all data entered into and
generated by the system is controlled with tight security standards.
Username and Password validation is required and only authenticated users will have access to the secure
server resources, which are controlled by KerberTech. Once logged in, a user's connection to the application
is encrypted 100% of the time via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) over a secure HTTP connection (HTTPS).
Try it out for free by registering here. Upon registration, you will be setup as the administrator for your organization and you'll be able to add additional users and control access.
